Inspektioner og inddragelse af godkendelse
stk. 1 Den kompetente myndighed foretager inspektion mindst én gang om året samt prøveudtagning og testning, hvis det er relevant, for at kontrollere, om de godkendte operatører overholder bestemmelserne i artikel 83, stk. 1, 2, 4 eller 5, artikel 87, artikel 88, artikel 89, stk. 1, artikel 90 eller artikel 93, stk. 1, 2, 3 eller 5.
stk. 2 Hvis den kompetente myndighed får kendskab til, at en godkendt operatør ikke overholder bestemmelserne omhandlet i stk. 1, eller at planter, planteprodukter eller andre objekter, for hvilke den pågældende professionelle operatør har udstedt et plantepas, ikke overholder artikel 85 eller i givet fald artikel 86, træffer denne myndighed omgående de nødvendige foranstaltninger til at sikre, at den manglende overholdelse af disse bestemmelser ikke fortsætter. Disse foranstaltninger kan omfatte inddragelse af godkendelsen til at udstede plantepas for de pågældende planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter.
stk. 3 Hvis den kompetente myndighed har truffet foranstaltninger i medfør af stk. 2, bortset fra inddragelse af godkendelsen til at udstede plantepas for de pågældende planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter, og den manglende overholdelse af bestemmelserne i artikel 85 eller, hvis det er relevant, artikel 86 fortsætter, inddrager myndigheden omgående godkendelsen.

Inspections and withdrawal of authorisation
stk. 1 The competent authority shall carry out inspections at least once per year, and sampling and testing if appropriate, to verify whether the authorised operators comply with Article 83(1), (2), (4) or (5), Article 87, Article 88, Article 89(1), Article 90 or Article 93(1), (2), (3) or (5).
stk. 2 Where the competent authority becomes aware that an authorised operator does not comply with the provisions referred to in paragraph 1 or that a plant, plant product or other object, for which that professional operator has issued a plant passport, does not comply with Article 85 or, where applicable, Article 86, that authority shall without delay take the measures necessary to ensure that non-compliance with those provisions does not continue. Those measures may include the withdrawal of the authorisation to issue plant passports for the plants, plant products and other objects concerned.
stk. 3 Where the competent authority has taken measures in accordance with paragraph 2 other than the withdrawal of the authorisation to issue plant passports for the plants, plant products and other objects concerned, and non-compliance with Article 85 or, where applicable, Article 86 continues, that authority shall without delay withdraw that authorisation.
