Planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter, der anvendes til officielle testmæssige, videnskabelige eller uddannelsesmæssige formål, forsøg, planteforædling eller avl, for så vidt angår beskyttede zoner
Uanset de forbud og krav, der er omhandlet i artikel 53, stk. 1, og artikel 54, stk. 1, finder artikel 48 tilsvarende anvendelse på indførelse i og flytning inden for beskyttede zoner af de planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter, der er listeopført i de gennemførelsesretsakter, som er omhandlet i artikel 53, stk. 2 og 3, og artikel 54, stk. 2 og 3, og som anvendes til officielle testmæssige, videnskabelige eller uddannelsesmæssige formål, forsøg, planteforædling eller avl.

Plants, plant products and other objects used for official testing, scientific or educational purposes, trials, varietal selection or breeding as regards protected zones
By way of derogation from the prohibitions and requirements provided for in Article 53(1) and Article 54(1), Article 48 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the introduction into, and the movement within, protected zones of plants, plant products and other objects listed in the implementing acts provided for in Article 53(2) and (3) and Article 54(2) and (3) and used for official testing, scientific or educational purposes, trials, varietal selection or breeding.
