Oplysninger i og format og frister for anmeldelser samt anmeldelser i tilfælde af mistanke om forekomst af skadegørere
Kommissionen kan ved hjælp af gennemførelsesretsakter fastsætte nærmere regler om indgivelse af anmeldelser omhandlet i artikel 9, stk. 1 og 2, artikel 11, artikel 17, stk. 3, artikel 18, stk. 6, artikel 19, stk. 2 og 8, artikel 28, stk. 7, artikel 29, stk. 3, første afsnit, artikel 30, stk. 8, artikel 33, stk. 1, artikel 37, stk. 10, artikel 40, stk. 4, artikel 41, stk. 4, artikel 46, stk. 4, artikel 49, stk. 6, artikel 53, stk. 4, artikel 54, stk. 4, artikel 60, stk. 2, artikel 77, stk. 2, og artikel 95, stk. 5. Disse regler skal vedrøre ét eller flere af følgende elementer: a) oplysninger, som anmeldelser skal indeholde b) anmeldelsernes format og anvisning i, hvordan dette format skal udfyldes c) frister for indgivelse af bestemte oplysninger som omhandlet i litra a) d) tilfælde, hvor mistanke om forekomst af en skadegører skal anmeldes på grund af behovet for hurtig handling i lyset af dens biologi og muligheden for hurtig og omfattende spredning e) tilfælde af manglende overholdelse, der skal anmeldes, hvis den manglende overholdelse skaber risiko for spredning af en EU-karantæneskadegører eller en skadegører, der foreløbig kan betegnes som EU-karantæneskadegører. Gennemførelsesretsakterne vedtages efter undersøgelsesproceduren i artikel 107, stk. 2.

Information items, format and deadlines of notifications, and notifications in the case of suspected presence of pests
The Commission may, by means of implementing acts, lay down specific rules concerning the submission of notifications referred to in Article 9(1) and (2), Article 11, Article 17(3), Article 18(6), Article 19(2) and (8), Article 28(7), Article 29(3), first subparagraph, Article 30(8), Article 33(1), Article 37(10), Article 40(4), Article 41(4), Article 46(4), Article 49(6), Article 53(4), Article 54(4), Article 60(2), Article 77(2) and Article 95(5). Those rules shall concern one or more of the following elements: (a) the information items to be included in those notifications; (b) the format of those notifications and instructions on how to fill in that format; (c) deadlines for the submission of particular information items as referred to in point (a); (d) the cases where the suspected presence of a pest shall be notified due to the need to take swift action in view of its biology and possibility of rapid and wide spread; (e) the cases of non-compliance to be notified where that non-compliance creates a risk for spread of a Union quarantine pest or a pest provisionally qualifying as Union quarantine pest. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 107(2).
