stk. 1 Kommissionen bistås af Den Stående Komité for Fødevarekæden og Dyresundhed, som er nedsat ved artikel 58 i forordning (EF) nr. 178/2002.
stk. 2 Når der henvises til dette stykke, anvendes artikel 3 og 7 i afgørelse 1999/468/EF, jf. dennes artikel 8.
stk. 3 Når der henvises til dette stykke, anvendes artikel 5 og 7 i afgørelse 1999/468/EF, jf. dennes artikel 8. Perioden i artikel 5, stk. 6, i afgørelse 1999/468/EF, fastsættes til tre måneder.
stk. 4 Når der henvises til dette stykke, anvendes artikel 5a, stk. 1-4, og artikel 7 i afgørelse 1999/468/EF, jf. dennes artikel 8.
stk. 5 Når der henvises til dette stykke, anvendes artikel 5a, stk. 1-4, og stk. 5, litra b), samt artikel 7 i afgørelse 1999/468/EF, jf. dennes artikel 8. Fristerne i artikel 5a, stk. 3, litra c), og stk. 4, litra b) og e), i afgørelse 1999/468/EF fastsættes til henholdsvis to måneder, en måned og to måneder.

stk. 1 The Commission shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health, as established by Article 58 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002.
stk. 2 Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 3 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.
stk. 3 Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof. The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at 3 months.
stk. 4 Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5a(1) to (4) and Article 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.
stk. 5 Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5a(1) to (4) and (5)(b) and Article 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof. The time limits laid down in Article 5a(3)(c) and (4)(b) and (e) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at two months, one month and two months respectively.
