For at sikre ensartede betingelser for gennemførelsen af denne forordning bør Kommissionen tildeles gennemførelsesbeføjelse til fastlæggelse af plantepassets formatspecifikationer; identifikation af typer og arter af planter til plantning, for hvilke undtagelser fra angivelse af sporbarhedskode i plantepassets format ikke bør gælde; og fastsættelse af de tekniske ordninger for udstedelse af elektroniske plantepas.

In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission with respect to setting out the format specifications of the plant passport; identifying types and species of plants for planting for which exemptions from the indication of traceability code in the format of the plant passport should not apply; and setting out technical arrangements for the issuance of electronic plant passports.
