For at tage hensyn til udviklingen af internationale standarder bør beføjelsen til at vedtage retsakter delegeres til Kommissionen i overensstemmelse med artikel 290 i TEUF for så vidt angår regler vedrørende attesteringer for planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter, bortset fra emballagemateriale af træ, som kræver anvendelse af en særlig attestering af overensstemmelse med reglerne i denne forordning.

In order to take into account the development of international standards, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of rules concerning attestations for plants, plant products and other objects, other than wood packaging material, which would require the application of a specific attestation of compliance with the rules of this Regulation.
