Med henblik på tilpasning til udviklingen af videnskabelig og teknisk viden og af internationale standarder, navnlig IPPC's og EPPO's standarder, bør beføjelsen til at vedtage retsakter delegeres til Kommissionen i overensstemmelse med artikel 290 i TEUF for så vidt angår regler, der ændrer bilagene til denne forordning.

In order to adapt to the development of scientific and technical knowledge and of international standards, in particular the standards of the IPPC and the EPPO, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of rules amending the Annexes to this Regulation.
