Det er for at sikre en harmoniseret anvendelse og håndhævelse af denne forordning vigtigt, at de nationale myndigheder, herunder de nationale domstole, råder over samtlige de oplysninger, der er nødvendige for, at deres afgørelser ikke er i strid med en afgørelse vedtaget af Kommissionen i henhold til denne forordning. Dette berører ikke artikel 267 i TEUF.

In order to safeguard the harmonised application and enforcement of this Regulation, it is important to ensure that national authorities, including national courts, have all necessary information to ensure that their decisions do not run counter to a decision adopted by the Commission under this Regulation. This is without prejudice to Article 267 TFEU.
