Offentliggørelse af afgørelser
stk. 1 Kommissionen offentliggør de afgørelser, den træffer i henhold til artikel 70, stk. 1, artikel 71, stk. 1, og artikel 73-76. Ved offentliggørelsen angives parternes navne og afgørelsernes hovedindhold, herunder de pålagte sanktioner.
stk. 2 Ved offentliggørelsen tages der hensyn til de rettigheder og legitime interesser, som den berørte udbyder af den meget store onlineplatform eller af den meget store onlinesøgemaskine, enhver anden person som omhandlet i artikel 67, stk. 1, og tredjeparter har i beskyttelsen af deres fortrolige oplysninger.

stk. 1 The Commission shall publish the decisions it adopts pursuant to Article 70(1), Article 71(1) and Articles 73 to 76. Such publication shall state the names of the parties and the main content of the decision, including any penalties imposed.
stk. 2 The publication shall have regard to the rights and legitimate interests of the provider of the very large online platform or of the very large online search engine concerned, any other person referred to in Article 67(1) and any third parties in the protection of their confidential information.
