Liste over planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter, hvis indførsel til Unionen fra visse tredjelande er forbudt
Listen over planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter, hvis indførsel til Unionens område er forbudt, sammen med de tredjelande, grupper af tredjelande eller specifikke områder i tredjelande, som forbuddet finder anvendelse på, jf. artikel 40, stk. 2, i forordning (EU) 2016/2031, findes i bilag VI til nærværende forordning. Stk. 1 berører ikke andre retsakter om forbud af midlertidig karakter, som er vedtaget i henhold til artikel 40, stk. 2, artikel 42, stk. 3, eller artikel 49, stk. 1, i forordning (EU) 2016/2031 og vedrører indførsel til Unionens område af visse planter, planteprodukter eller andre objekter, med henblik på at imødegå særlige plantesundhedsmæssige risici, som endnu ikke er vurderet fuldt ud.

List of plants, plant products and other objects whose introduction into the Union from certain third countries is prohibited
The list of plants, plant products and other objects whose introduction into the Union territory is prohibited, together with the third countries, groups of third countries or specific areas of third countries to which the prohibition applies, as referred to in Article 40(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, is set out in Annex VI to this Regulation. The first paragraph shall apply without prejudice to any other acts setting out prohibitions, having a temporary character, adopted pursuant to Articles 40(2), 42(3) or 49(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, and concerning the introduction into the Union territory of certain plants, plant products or other objects to address particular phytosanitary risks which are not yet fully assessed.
