Liste over planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter samt de respektive oprindelses- eller afsendelseslande, for hvilke der kræves et plantesundhedscertifikat
stk. 1 Listen over planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter samt de respektive oprindelses- eller afsendelsestredjelande, for hvis indførsel til Unionens område der kræves et plantesundhedscertifikat, jf. artikel 72, stk. 1, i forordning (EU) 2016/2031, findes i del A i bilag XI til nærværende forordning.
stk. 2 Listen over planter, der er omfattet af undtagelsen fra et plantesundhedscertifikat, jf. artikel 73, stk. 2, i forordning (EU) 2016/2031, findes i del C i bilag XI til nærværende forordning.
stk. 3 Alle planter, bortset fra de stk. 1 og 2 omhandlede planter, må kun indføres i Unionen, hvis de ledsages af et plantesundhedscertifikat i overensstemmelse med artikel 73, stk. 1, i forordning (EU) 2016/2031. De tilgængelige KN-koder for disse planter er opført i del B i bilag XI til nærværende forordning.

List of plants, plant products and other objects, as well as the respective third countries of origin or dispatch, for which phytosanitary certificates are required
stk. 1 The list of plants, plant products and other objects, as well as the respective third countries of origin or dispatch, whose introduction into the Union territory requires a phytosanitary certificate, as referred to in Article 72(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, is set out in Part A of Annex XI to this Regulation.
stk. 2 The list of plants, subject to the exception from a phytosanitary certificate as provided for in the second subparagraph of Article 73 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, is set out in Part C of Annex XI to this Regulation.
stk. 3 All plants, other than the plants referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, shall only be introduced into the Union, if they are accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 73 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031. The available CN codes of those plants are listed in Part B of Annex XI to this Regulation.
