Liste over planter, planteprodukter og andre objekter, for hvilke der kræves plantepas ved flytning inden for Unionens område
1. Alle planter til plantning, bortset fra frø.
2. Planter, bortset fra frugter og frø, af Choisya Kunth, Fortunella Swingle og Poncirus Raf., og hybrider deraf, Casimiroa La Llave, Clausena Burm. f., Murraya J. Koenig ex L., Vepris Comm., Zanthoxylum L. og Vitis L.
2.1. Jordstængler af Curcuma longa L. og Zingiber officinale Roscoe, jf. punkt 11.2 i bilag VIII.
3. Frugter af Citrus L., Fortunella Swingle, Poncirus Raf. og hybrider deraf, med blade og stilke.
a) betragtes som et planteprodukt i henhold til artikel 2, nr. 2), i forordning (EU) 2016/2031 og
b) helt eller delvis kommer fra Juglans L., Platanus L., og Pterocarya L., også træ, som ikke har bevaret sin naturlige runding og
c) henhører under den respektive KN-kode og svarer til en af følgende beskrivelser, jf. del II i bilag I til forordning (EØF) nr. 2658/87:

4.3. Træ i form af flis, spåner og træaffald med oprindelse i afgrænsede områder, som helt eller delvis hidrører fra Acer spp., Aesculus spp., Betula spp., Fraxinus spp., Populus spp., Salix spp. og Ulmus spp., jf. punkt 31 i bilag VIII.
4.4. Træ, undtagen i form af flis, spåner og træaffald, med oprindelse i afgrænsede områder eller træ, som helt eller delvis har bevaret sin naturlige runding, og som ikke har oprindelse i, men er blevet indført i disse afgrænsede områder, af Prunus spp., jf. punkt 33 i bilag VIII.
4.5. Træ i form af flis, spåner og træaffald med oprindelse i afgrænsede områder, som helt eller delvis hidrører fra Prunus spp., jf. bilag VIII, punkt 34.
5. Frø, hvis flytning foregår inden for anvendelsesområdet for direktiv 66/402/EØF, og for hvilke der i bilag IV til nærværende forordning er listeopført specifikke regulerede ikke-karantæneskadegørere i henhold til artikel 37, stk. 2, i forordning (EU) 2016/2031, af:

List of plants, plant products and other objects for which a plant passport is required for movement within the Union territory
1. All plants for planting, other than seeds.
2. Plants, other than fruits and seeds, of Choisya Kunth, Citrus L., Fortunella Swingle, Poncirus Raf., and their hybrids, Casimiroa La Llave, Clausena Burm. f., Murraya J. Koenig ex L., Vepris Comm., Zanthoxylum L. and Vitis L.
2.1. Rhizomes of Curcuma longa L. and Zingiber officinale Roscoe, as referred to in point 11.2 of Annex VIII.
3. Fruits of Citrus L., Fortunella Swingle, Poncirus Raf. and their hybrids, with leaves and peduncles.
(a) is considered a plant product within the meaning of point 2 of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031; and
(b) has been obtained in whole or part from Juglans L., Platanus L. and Pterocarya L., including wood which has not kept its natural round surface; and
(c) falls under the respective CN code and corresponds to one of the following descriptions laid down in Part II of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87:
4401 12 00 Non-coniferous fuel wood, in logs, in billets, in twigs, in faggots or in similar forms
ex 4401 22 90 Non-coniferous wood, in chips or particles
ex 4401 49 10 ex 4401 49 90 Wood waste and scrap (other than sawdust), not agglomerated

ex 4403 99 00 Non-coniferous wood (other than tropical wood, oak (Quercus spp.), beech (Fagus spp.), birch (Betula spp.), poplar and aspen (Populus spp.) or eucalyptus (Eucalyptus spp.)), in the rough, whether or not stripped of bark or sapwood, or roughly squared, other than treated with paint, stains, creosote or other preservatives
ex 4404 20 00 Non-coniferous split poles; piles, pickets and stakes of non-coniferous wood, pointed but not sawn lengthwise

4.2. Wood, other than in the form of chips, particles, shavings, wood waste and scrap originating in demarcated areas or wood retaining all or part of its round surface not originating but introduced into those demarcated areas of Acer spp., Aesculus spp., Betula spp., Fraxinus spp., Populus spp., Salix spp. and Ulmus spp., as referred to in point 30 of Annex VIII.
4.3. Wood in the form of chips, particles, shavings, wood waste and scrap originating in demarcated areas obtained in whole or part from Acer spp., Aesculus spp., Betula spp., Fraxinus spp., Populus spp., Salix spp. and Ulmus spp., as referred to in point 31 of Annex VIII.
4.4. Wood, other than in the form of chips, particles, shavings, wood waste and scrap originating in demarcated areas or wood retaining all or part of its round surface not originating but introduced into those demarcated areas of Prunus spp., as referred to in point 33 of Annex VIII.
4.5. Wood in the form of chips, particles, shavings, wood waste and scrap originating in demarcated areas, obtained in whole or part from Prunus spp., as referred to in point 34 of Annex VIII.
5. Seed, where its movement is carried out within the scope of application of Directive 66/402/EEC, and for which specific RNQPs have been listed according to Article 37(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 in Annex IV, of:
