Winsl. et al. i overensstemmelse med den relevante internationale standard for plantesundhedsforanstaltninger og anerkendt som sådan af den respektive nationale plantebeskyttelsesmyndighed og officielt meddelt Kommissionen, eller d) planterne er produceret eller, hvis de flyttes ind i en stødpudezone, holdt og opbevaret i mindst 7 måneder, inklusive perioden 1. april-31. oktober i den seneste hele vækstperiode, på en mark: i) der ligger mindst 1 km inde i en officielt udpeget stødpudezone på mindst 50 km2, hvor værtsplanter er underkastet en officielt godkendt kontrolordning under tilsyn, som senest er indført inden begyndelsen af den afsluttede vækstperiode forud for den seneste hele vækstperiode med henblik på at minimere risikoen for spredning af Erwinia amylovora (Burr.) Winsl. et al. fra planter, der er blevet dyrket der ii) der tillige med stødpudezonen er blevet officielt godkendt inden begyndelsen af den afsluttede vækstperiode forud for den seneste hele vækstperiode til dyrkning af planter ifølge de krav, der er fastsat i dette punkt iii) der tillige med den omgivende, mindst 500 m brede zone har været fundet fri for Erwinia amylovora (Burr.) Planter til plantning af Prunus L., bortset fra frø ex 0602 10 90 ex 0602 20 20 ex 0602 20 80 ex 0602 90 41 ex 0602 90 45 ex 0602 90 46 ex 0602 90 47 ex 0602 90 48 ex 0602 90 50 ex 0602 90 70 ex 0602 90 91 ex 0602 90 99 Det er officielt konstateret, at planterne: a) i hele deres levetid kun er blevet dyrket på produktionssteder i lande, hvor Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni (Smith) Vauterin et al. ikke vides at forekomme, eller b) i hele deres levetid kun er blevet dyrket i et område, der er konstateret frit for Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni (Smith) Vauterin et al. af den nationale plantesundhedsmyndighed i overensstemmelse med de relevante internationale standarder for plantesundhedsforanstaltninger, eller c) nedstammer i lige linje fra moderplanter, som ikke har udvist symptomer på Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni (Smith) Vauterin et al. i den seneste hele vækstperiode, og der er ikke observeret symptomer på Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni (Smith) Vauterin et al. på planterne på produktionsstedet i den seneste hele vækstperiode, eller d) for så vidt angår planter af Prunus laurocerasus L. og Prunus lusitanica L., for hvilke det ved emballagen eller på anden måde er godtgjort, at de er bestemt til salg til endelige forbrugere, som ikke beskæftiger sig erhvervsmæssigt med planteproduktion, er der ikke observeret symptomer på Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni (Smith) Vauterin et al. på planter på produktionsstedet siden begyndelsen af den seneste hele vækstperiode. 12. Stiklinger uden rod til plantning af Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd. ex 0602 10 90 Det er officielt konstateret, at a) stiklingerne uden rod har oprindelse i et område, der vides at være frit for Bemisia tabaci Genn. eller b) der ikke er observeret tegn på Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer) på produktionsstedet hverken på stiklingerne eller på de planter, som stiklingerne hidrører fra, og som opbevares eller produceres på produktionsstedet, ved officielle inspektioner, der som minimum er blevet gennemført hver tredje uge i hele disse planters produktionsperiode på dette produktionssted, eller c) hvis der er fundet Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer) på produktionsstedet, har stiklingerne eller de planter, som stiklingerne hidrører fra, og som opbevares eller produceres på dette produktionssted, undergået en passende behandling til at sikre, at de er fri for Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer), og produktionsstedet er derefter fundet frit for Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer) som følge af passende foranstaltninger med henblik på udryddelse af Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer), både ved officielle inspektioner gennemført en gang om ugen i de sidste tre uger inden flytningen fra dette produktionssted og ved overvågning i hele den nævnte periode. (europæiske populationer), eller b) der ikke er observeret tegn på Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer) på produktionsstedet, herunder på planter, ved officielle inspektioner, der er foretaget mindst en gang hver tredje uge i de sidste ni uger inden afsætning, eller c) hvis der er fundet Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer) på produktionsstedet, har de planter, som opbevares eller produceres på dette produktionssted, undergået en passende behandling til at sikre, at de er frie for Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer), og produktionsstedet er derefter fundet frit for Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer) som følge af passende foranstaltninger med henblik på udryddelse af Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer), herunder på planter, ved officielle inspektioner, der er foretaget mindst en gang hver tredje uge i hele disse planters produktionsperiode, eller iii) hvis der er fundet Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer) på produktionsstedet, er de blevet dyrket på planter, som opbevares eller produceres på dette produktionssted, og som har undergået en passende behandling til at sikre, at de er frie for Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer), og produktionsstedet er derefter fundet frit for Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer) som følge af passende foranstaltninger med henblik på udryddelse af Bemisia tabaci Genn. (europæiske populationer), både ved officielle inspektioner gennemført en gang om ugen i de sidste tre uger inden flytningen fra dette produktionssted og ved overvågning i hele den nævnte periode.
