stk. 1 With effect from 15 August 2009 Directives 75/117/EEC, 76/207/EEC, 86/378/EEC and 97/80/EC shall be repealed without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time-limits for transposition into national law and application of the Directives set out in Annex I, Part B.
stk. 2 References made to the repealed Directives shall be construed as being made to this Directive and should be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex II.
